E-400 & E-800 Series:

E-400 Series Conveyor Scales with Torque Tube Articulation incorporate Single Loadcell and Single Idler, are suitable up to Bolt Width of 1000mm. E-800 Series Conveyor Scales with Torque Tube Articulation incorporate Dual Loadcells and Single Idler, are suitable for Belt Widths above 1000mm. Accuracies are +1% or better, over an operating range is 25% to 100%.

E-2400-2800 Series:

E-2400 Series Conveyor Scales with Torque Tube Articulation Incorporate Single Loadcell and Dual Idlers, are suitable up to Belt Widths of 1000mm. E-2800 Series are Suitable for Belt Widths above 1000mm. Accuracies are +0.5% or better, over an operating range of 25% to 100%.

The Microcell is an easy to install bolt on strain gauge sensor that produces an electrical output proportional to the changes in weight of a vessel.

L-Cell® Bolt-On Sensor

The L-Cell sensor bolts directly to a vessel's support structure and measures changes in stress of the support, converting a voltage output into a readable weight.

LD3™ Compression Load Cell

Math Channels and Split Silos

Split silos can be difficult to get a weight measurement because the material and structure may not be symmetrical; the Weigh II Math Channel feature allow equations to be written that combine multiple raw sensor input with mathematical formula to create accurate output.

Enclosure Options

Fiberglass, dust tight and stainless steel enclosures are available for different environments, including NEMA 4X requirements; rack mounting also available.

Configuration Options

InvisiLink wireless radios can be set up as single-point to point or as multi-point to point to accommodate multiple vessels or banks of silos. The same hardware is used and single-point can be upgraded to multi-point by simply changing a few settings.
