Mr. M Ramkrishna is Managing director of KMAL and is also Founder Managing Director of GROWTHMODE Consulting Limited (formerly known as ZCS Consulting Limited). He earned B.Tech degree in Mechanical from G B Pant University & holds post graduate diplomas in Marketing & IT. He has over 28 years of experience in Sales & Marketing of engineering products & as a HR consultant.

Mr. Ramkrishna is considered the ace Head Hunters in India and has handled many Board level and Leadership positions. He started GROWTHMODE Consulting Limited (ZCS) in 1992 and continues to lead the group through new & innovative recruitment solutions ensuring high quality standards & client satisfaction.

He was the invitee member of NHRD National Board. Now, he is listed on the Governing Board of Asian School of Business Management – Bhubaneswar. He delivers guest lectures and often shares his diverse experiences and vast knowledge at Industry chambers and across various B-Schools including various IIMs, NIRMA University, Engineering Staff College of India, KIIT University, Institute of Company Secretaries, Institute of Chartered accountants. He writes on Career related issues in many leading Media. Earlier, he was the Chairman of the Indo American Chambers of Commerce, AP & TS & presently a member of south India council of IACC.

P R Jayatheertha

Founder Promoter

Mr. P.R. Jayatheertha is the founder and Promoter of Kistler Morse Automation Limited. He earned his graduate degree in Electronics & Communications Engineering from the Mysore University. He had a professional Engineering career, spanning 4 decades in the field of Sensors, Transducers, Signal Processing, Control Systems, Combined Systems Engineering and Communications. His specialization has been in the field of Bulk Inventory Management and Process controls based on Weight & Level. He was the promoter of Prosyst, which introduced the Electronic Weighing Scales for the first time in A.P.

KMAL was incorporated after the PACT committee under the USAID chose him for the Grant under "Commercialization of New Technology" and the program was successfully implemented in association with Kistler Morse Corporation and CST Autoweigh of USA. He is also the member of FAPCI, CEI and also the IACC."
